Job summary

Dotsure is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights in the George, Western Cape region. You will build and refine dashboards using QlikSense and Looker Studio, leveraging SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform and validate data for stakeholders across SA, Australia and NZ.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the AI and Data Science team to shape a strategic data roadmap, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure data quality and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, BI or reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and dashboards in QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse and data modelling best practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Answer business questions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams on a broader data roadmap.
