Job summary

Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights from our ARC Data team. You’ll build dashboards, answer key business questions, and enable stakeholders across SA, Australia and NZ to make informed decisions.

You’ll work with SQL, Snowflake, and various BI tools, ensuring accuracy and self-service visibility. This role is on-site in George and offers growth within a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in data analysis, BI or reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve dashboards and reports in QlikSense and Looker Studio.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform and validate data; support ad hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to align data with business needs.
• Improve reporting efficiency and data quality through automation and documentation.
