Job summary

Humanatics (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer / Data Consultant in Johannesburg. The role focuses on transforming data into meaningful business insights and leveraging Azure, Fabric, SQL, Python and Power BI to build robust BI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or CS background with relevant certifications and hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data modelling, and dashboard development. Local market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
• An Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline) and/or Computer science obtained from a recognised and reputable tertiary institution is a NON NEGOTIABLE.
• Certifications in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Developer, Data Consultant, or similar role.
