What Will You Do?

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to conceptualize data solutions
• Modernize existing data environments
• Assist our sales team with Pre-Sales and POCs
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability
• Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources using Microsoft, Azure, AWS, GCP technologies
• Develop analytics tools utilizing data pipelines to provide insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key business metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to support data infrastructure needs
• Work with data and analytics experts to enhance system functionality
• Support desk operations where applicable

Who do you need to be:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and query authoring
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and structures
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on data and processes to answer business questions and identify improvements
• Strong analytical skills working with unstructured datasets
• Experience supporting data transformation, structures, metadata, dependencies, and workload management
• Proven ability to manipulate and extract value from large, disconnected datasets
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Microsoft Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Data & Analytics (Advantageous)
• SQL Server 2016 or later including Database Development, Administration, and BI Development
• BI Reporting tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Advantageous)
• Azure Certifications (Advantageous)
