Job summary

Network Recruitment seeks a Data Engineer to design, build and optimize scalable data solutions for large-scale financial data. You will model data and work with distributed systems in a fast-paced technical team in Pretoria.

You will collaborate across functions, sharpen data lake and Databricks workflows, and apply ETL/ELT methods using PySpark and Python in a hybrid work setup with one day in the office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in Python, Pandas, Numpy, PySpark.
• Experience with data lakes and Databricks.
• Proficient in T-SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehousing.
• Agile/Sprints experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
