SUMMARY :

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL / ELT data pipelines as part of our enterprise data platform

POSITION INFO : Job Purpose

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL / ELT data pipelines as part of our enterprise data platform. This role supports the organization’s data-driven decision-making by enabling scalable, high-quality data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain reliable ETL / ELT pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.

Develop and enhance scalable data models and data warehouse structures to support reporting and advanced analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Uphold data governance standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Mentor and support junior team members through training, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Continuously improve existing data infrastructure and tools to optimize performance and scalability.

Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Pyramid Analytics and / or Power BI.

Qualifications & Experience

A relevant 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data , or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and building data pipelines.

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Proven experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI or Pyramid Analytics.

Advantageous :

Experience with SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS.

Familiarity with dbt, Azure Data Factory, and cloud platforms (especially Azure).

Experience with unit, integration, and regression testing of data solutions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in data collection, analysis, modeling, and visualization.

Solid understanding of data architecture and best practices in modern data platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in data-driven projects across Retail, , Customer, or HR domains is advantageous.
