Qualifications

• Degree required in finance, analytics or accounting.
• 3+ years experience in financial analyst or data analytics.
• Experience setting up a new department.
• Advanced Excel for large data sets.
• Experience writing formulas and designing visual presentations in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and validate financial and operational data.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budget reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost deviations.
• Month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and continuous enhancement.
