Job summary

Vodacom is seeking a data-driven Assurance Analyst to deliver analytical and technical solutions across the assurance delivery process, from requirements to operationalisation. The role combines data analysis, process improvement and AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen revenue protection and operational integrity.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to translate requirements into effective assurance solutions and build artefacts such as design docs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Matric mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mathematics, statistics, data science, engineering or related field is essential.
• Honours advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis, modelling and interpretation to identify risk and assurance opportunities.
• High-level process modelling to support scalable assurance and control frameworks.
• Support development of automated and AI-supported assurance solutions.
• Quality and assurance management across delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
• Produce relevant reporting and artefacts.
