Data Centre Operations Manager

Seeking a Data Centre Operations Manager in Gauteng to lead technical teams and infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in data centre operations
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related (preferred)
• Leadership experience across technical levels
• Technical expertise in server management, VMware, SAN/Array, backups, and Linux
• Knowledge of disaster recovery systems, capacity planning, and infrastructure replication
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call environment
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiar with infrastructure monitoring and security best practices
