Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant data center experience.
• Extensive knowledge on Data Centre environments and critical infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
• Responsible for management and distribution of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure accurate records and schematics are maintained.
• Manage planned and corrective maintenance events.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Ongoing training and evaluation of technical teams.
• Work closely with Data Centre Manager for escalated support.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all incidents and outages.
• Monitor alerting on all Data Centre equipment.
• Quickly respond to critical situations.
