Qualifications
Minimum 5 years relevant data center experience.
Extensive knowledge on Data Centre environments and critical infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of technicians to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Responsible for management and distribution of maintenance tasks.
Ensure accurate records and schematics are maintained.
Manage planned and corrective maintenance events.
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Ongoing training and evaluation of technical teams.
Work closely with Data Centre Manager for escalated support.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all incidents and outages.
Monitor alerting on all Data Centre equipment.
