Your role at NTT DATA
- As a Data Centre Managed Services Engineer (L3), you will provide exceptional client service by proactively resolving technical incidents and ensuring infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
- You will lead a team, handle high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Mentoring junior staff and working across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications domains are key responsibilities.
- Your duties include monitoring systems, responding to alerts, logging incidents with detailed analysis, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Creating knowledge articles, training team members, engaging with vendors, and supporting project delivery and disaster recovery are also part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, install, test, and operate client infrastructure
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts
- Log incidents and analyze root causes
- Escalate issues to third-party vendors as needed
- Provide feedback to clients and update systems
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Coach L2 teams and support project implementation
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing

- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience working with vendors and third parties
