Job title: Data Centre Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Job Location: Eastern Cape, East London   Deadline: September 25, 2025

Your role at NTT DATA
  • As a Data Centre Managed Services Engineer (L3), you will provide exceptional client service by proactively resolving technical incidents and ensuring infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
  • You will lead a team, handle high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Mentoring junior staff and working across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications domains are key responsibilities.
  • Your duties include monitoring systems, responding to alerts, logging incidents with detailed analysis, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Creating knowledge articles, training team members, engaging with vendors, and supporting project delivery and disaster recovery are also part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
