Responsibilities and Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to working methods to achieve all SLA and MSA commitments.
2. Manage data centre cabling infrastructure to support a cost-effective and maintainable system, achieving 99.99% uptime.

Compliance

1. Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
2. Meet the agreed inter-departmental Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
3. Monitor health and safety (H&S) standards and take corrective actions to meet statutory compliance, SLAs, and good business practices.

Critical System Management

1. Manage planned and corrective maintenance to ensure customer MSAs and SLAs are met.
2. Complete task finalizations and reports accurately, adhering to the agreed format, quality standards, and timelines.
3. Maintain compliance by incorporating industry best practices.
4. Enforce and uphold data centre facilities standards.
5. Ensure data centre cleaning standards are enforced and maintained.
