- Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring while promoting a positive and effective team culture.
- Be accountable for overall data center service compliance and quality.
- Provide guidance on and ensure team adherence to Data Center Services (DCS) business unit and service-level policies, procedures, deadlines, and service-change policies.
- Ensure technicians are trained on procedures for installation, deployment, replacement, and post-execution quality checks.
- Verify that post-execution quality checks are performed properly by technicians and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Escalate issues through appropriate channels and follow up on resolutions, sharing knowledge with relevant teams.
- Review process changes to assess their impact on service delivery and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Lead team and triage meetings, prioritize work, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Complete required safety training, conduct daily safety briefings, and participate in safety committees.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures by technicians and vendors, including PPE usage, equipment handling, and hazard awareness.
- Promote a culture of safety, encouraging technicians to report concerns and incidents.
- Take pride and ownership in service quality, customer experience, and the maintenance of data center facilities.

Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with basic knowledge of computer hardware and components, and 3+ years supporting IT equipment or related technology, or related experience with technical teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in supervising or managing teams.
- Ability to work shifts, including non-standard hours such as evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check, upon hire and every two years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 4 years supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Over 3 years working in a 24x7 mission-critical data center environment.
- Applicable certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA A+/Server+/Network+, Basic Structure Cabling, Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Over 2 years leading a diverse technical or IT team of up to ten employees.
