Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center NOC FO Manager to lead 24 / 7 operations at a mission-critical facility. This role is responsible for overseeing infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and the performance of a dedicated NOC team. The ideal candidate is technically strong, calm under pressure, and excels in stakeholder and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• NOC Operations & Management
• Lead the Data Center NOC team to ensure round-the-clock infrastructure monitoring.
• Respond to incidents, initiate escalations, and drive resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Implement operational best practices, compliance processes, and detailed documentation.
• Infrastructure & Technical Oversight
• Manage the health of critical infrastructure : UPS, HVAC, AC units, generators, and DC power plants.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure industry-standard compliance and maintenance.
• Act as the key point of contact for MTN stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding outages, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive service quality improvements.
• Mentor, train, and manage a team of NOC engineers.
• Encourage a proactive, high-performance culture.
• Ensure continuous learning and skills growth in line with technological developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• 5+ years’ experience in Network Operations / NOC Management / Infrastructure Oversight
• 2+ years leading technical teams in a 24 / 7 data center or critical operations environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), reporting, and technical documentation

• Strong knowledge of network systems, power / cooling infrastructure, and monitoring tools
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication abilities
• Proven track record of performance under pressure in high-availability environments
