We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Capture and Filing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting entering and managing data within our inhouse database system. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Document Preparation and Data Entry :
Prepare compile and sort documents for data entry.
Verify the accuracy of source documents before data entry.
Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database.
Review completed work for accuracy and completeness.
Obtain further information for incomplete documents when necessary.
Filing and Record Management :
File entered forms in designated locations systematically.
Annually archive forms as required.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files promptly.
Print information when required and ensure proper distribution.
Maintain compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Requirements :
Educational Background :
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Experience and Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Effective problemsolving and communication skills.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Salary : R9000 per month.
