You will focus on designing and implementing the structure and organisation of data assets within the organisation. Your work involves developing data models, defining data standards, and establishing data integration frameworks to ensure data is stored, accessed, and utilised efficiently, enabling seamless data flow across systems.
You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. Responsibilities include coaching, leveraging team members' strengths, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. This role is within our Cloud and Digital practice, working with clients to define their vision and plan their digital transformation. We partner with leading technologies to deliver solutions that help organizations grow and improve.
The ideal candidate has a technical background with at least 4 years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related fields, and/or certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer, or CDMP.
