Responsibilities :

1. Delve into data to extract actionable insights that will redefine shopper marketing and category management.
2. Develop compelling commercial narratives that enhance purchase behavior and customer loyalty.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster growth in categories and brands.
4. Utilize data to craft marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and yield measurable results.
5. Transform complex data sets into clear, visual stories that inform strategic decisions.

Requirements :

• A strong foundation in Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least 7 years of experience in Category, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or retail analytics.
• Proven ability to work with customer data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and programming languages such as Java/Python, SAS.
• Excellent communication skills and experience thriving in a commercial environment.
