The ideal candidate has a quantitative background with 2+ years in data analysis, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with R or Python. Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is a plus, with a focus on delivering impactful dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (R, Python with Pandas/NumPy).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs.
