Job Description

A mid to senior-level experienced Senior Consultant to assist the Analytics team in delivering services to clients.

Key accountabilities include:

1. Overall Role Responsibilities

• Using industry knowledge, tools, and technology to create solutions based on client needs.
• Playing a key role in project delivery, acting as liaison between project manager, team, and client.
• Managing multiple projects and tasks internally and externally.
• Conducting preliminary analysis and data exploration to understand client business, prioritize needs, and identify opportunities.
• Research, data collection, and analysis to derive insights.
• Preparation and exploration of client data, including statistical analyses.
• Building and implementing models using various tools and applications.
• Assisting with ML and AI modelling for client requirements.
• Performing analytical exercises such as customer segmentation, business campaign analysis, activity-based costing, and financial modelling.
• Developing BI dashboards and automating manual processes.
• Supporting management in sales and project delivery, compiling reports, and client communication.
• Contributing to business development and suggesting new services.
• Developing junior team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Actuarial, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or related STEM fields.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced coding skills in SAS, R, Python, VBA, DAX, M, C#, Java, etc.
• Data tools such as PowerPivot, PowerQuery, SQL, etc.
• Experience with Machine Learning, AI, or Analytical Modelling.
• Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.

Advantageous Requirements

• Consulting experience, people management, data manipulation tools, cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP), data integration, and ELT tools.
