• No prior experience required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and provide solutions to hardware and software technical problems
• Assist in the implementation of computer equipment and upgrades
• Provide service and maintenance of computers and network equipment
• Assist and attend to IT service desk queries within defined service level standards
