Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or information systems field.
2–4 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI.
Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven reporting and analytics solutions.
Source, transform, analyze and validate data from multiple systems and platforms.
Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support decision-making.
Ensure data quality through profiling, validation, reconciliation and monitoring.
Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
Support testing and user acceptance to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs.
