Job Description

Manage multiple projects within the Data Science and Data Engineering space. Perform stakeholder and business engagement, and manage end-to-end delivery to clients by leading teams of Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Deliver and manage the execution of Data Engineering and Data Science projects.

Develop scalable, automated solutions leveraging Data Science and Data Engineering teams.

Develop a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize business insight requests to balance tactical and strategic needs.

Design and manage end-to-end Data Science and Data Engineering solutions.

Collaborate with Technology teams on data capabilities and architecture, defining requirements and priorities.

Develop and improve frameworks for team organization and quality delivery.

Support in developing product specifications, scope of work, and code of conduct documents as needed.

Implement best practice pipeline frameworks (e.g., KDD, CRISP) and deploy ML use cases in products and services.

Establish and meet SLAs and TATs for requirements.

Understand business processes, risks, and controls.

Frame client problem statements and propose data analytics or digital solutions.

Utilize industry technologies for data analysis, BI solutions, and data science/engineering tools.

Apply SDLC methodologies to solution development.

Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, management, and leadership skills.

Mentor and train junior team members.

Experience in business engagement and stakeholder management.
