Job summary

Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst in George, Western Cape. You will turn complex data into clear insights, partnering with SA, Australia and NZ teams to build dashboards and answer key business questions.

You will leverage SQL and Snowflake, develop self-service reports, and drive data quality while collaborating with the AI and data science team on the broader roadmap. This is a junior to mid-level, on-site role.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Around 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, BI or reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and dashboards in QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of data privacy (POPIA) and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand questions and guide data-driven decisions.
• Build and continuously improve dashboards and reports in QlikSense and Looker Studio for self-service visibility.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform and validate data; perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with AI and data science colleagues to contribute to a broader data roadmap.
