Qualifications / Experience Required: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification; over 5 years' experience in BI, data visualization & database systems; relevant IT qualifications and strong domain knowledge.
Essential Skills Requirements: Extensive knowledge in data analysis, data visualization & report creation; hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably AWS QuickSight; solid understanding of relational database concepts; experience with ETL workflows & data transformation; UX design experience for reporting solutions; at least 3 years' experience in AWS or Azure cloud environments; experience in task automation & Python development; familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management); additional responsibilities as per Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Advantageous Skills: Experience with Agile methods (e.g., Scrum); experience in enterprise environments; experience with RESTful APIs; familiarity with microservices, Azure Serverless Functions, AWS Lambda, Docker; proficiency with Kafka or other streaming/messaging platforms; experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus; designing and optimizing user interfaces for database systems; familiarity with data formats like YAML, JSON; understanding of AI technologies and applications; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams; willingness to travel internationally up to 2 weeks.
Role & Responsibilities: Develop AI-driven monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting solutions for AWS & Azure; participate in Scrum ceremonies; contribute to user story refinement; liaise with stakeholders; share knowledge; develop prototypes; support and maintain existing solutions; develop and maintain reporting solutions; create insights; set up new reports and migrate platforms; design data flows; manage problems, changes, incidents; improve reporting processes; develop, test, deploy, and support applications; provide 24/7 standby support for cloud incidents (rotating schedule).
