Data Analyst - R50K Package | Bryanston | Permanent | Financial Services Are you passionate about using data to uncover insights that drive real-world impact?

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing financial services team in Bryanston, offering a R50K monthly package.

About the Role : In this role, you'll play a key part in implementing and maintaining consumer data solutions using SQL and SSIS, while working closely with internal teams and end-users to deliver actionable insights and automated data processes.

You'll also support performance tracking, marketing campaigns, compliance reporting, and more.

Minimum Requirements : B.Sc or Bm in Information Systems or related field 4+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in financial services or insurance Intermediate MS SQL skills Experience with SSIS Advantageous : Background in call centre marketing or exposure to short-term insurance, motor warranties, or vehicle service plans ?

Key Responsibilities : Extract, clean, and manage data across systems (CRM, sales, claims, finance) Prepare marketing databases, define rules, and automate processes Support compliance (FAIS, POPIA, TCF) through data audits Develop dashboards, reports, and lead management tools Collaborate with Sales, IT, HR, and Finance to translate business needs into data solutions Recommend data-driven strategies to increase retention and efficiency ?
