Job description

We are seeking a talented Data Insight Analyst to join our team. As a Data Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the potential of our streaming platform through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights across the platform functionalities.

Your New Role

Data Analysis: Leverage your advanced knowledge of tools (Amplitude, GAM, GA4, Tableau etc.) to analyse large datasets, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights. This will be across Platform Performance as a whole, AVOD and SVOD Campaign performance, Title Performance across the board and recommendations on optimisation of the platform to deliver maximum efficiency.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Amplitude, GAM, GA4, and Tableau to analyze large datasets for insights on platform performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Insights: Develop creative insights into content success factors, analyze viewer behavior metrics, and generate SVOD/AVOD performance comparisons.
  • Demographic Analysis: Collect and analyze demographic data in compliance with regulations to understand audience preferences and viewing habits.
  • Marketing Evaluation: Assess the impact of marketing campaigns on content performance and track social media engagement metrics.
  • Advertising Performance: Analyze ad campaign effectiveness using Google Ads Manager, focusing on completion rates and user engagement with ads.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Compare viewership trends with competitors to identify growth opportunities and monitor industry marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards for easy access to data insights and present findings through compelling visualizations aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Trend Analysis: Work with teams to align data insights with business goals while evaluating media consumption trends and calculating advertising ROI.

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Data Analytics, Digital Campaign Management, Marketing, or Design).
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, G Suite, and PowerPoint; experience within a digital and/or streaming environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings clearly and effectively.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while also being adaptable within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work as needed to meet project deadlines and accommodate different time zones.
