Job description

The Data Analyst is responsible for administering, developing, and improving the various reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools used in Yonder. This includes providing reporting and data output for clients and internal use.

The role also involves evaluating current systems and continually enhancing them, adopting new systems or processes where feasible.

Key Performance Areas

• Reporting and Analytics
• Develop reporting dashboards for all current campaigns and digital assets
• Expand reporting systems and BI tools through the adoption and implementation of new connectors, plugins, and similar tools
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to the larger business as needed

Administration

• Maintain and ensure uptime of YONDER’s reporting and BI tools, including SiSense and New Relic
• Assist in server administration, including Vhost and database configuration
• Contribute to the Wiki

Qualifications and Experience

• Expert understanding of SQL
• At least 2 years of experience with a major reporting platform, preferably SiSense or similar
• Some HTML/JScript knowledge is a plus
