Minimum Requirements:
- A recognised three-year degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or other data-related fields, OR an Honours degree in Psychology or Social Sciences.
- At least one year’s experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally within market research, marketing, or consumer insights.
- Working knowledge of descriptive and basic predictive statistics.
- Practical experience with data analysis tools (advantageous), such as Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or Q.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Advanced Excel skills are advantageous, including pivot tables, slicers, and VLOOKUPs.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualisation & Automation
- Develop clear and insightful data visualizations and reports.
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support analytics initiatives.
Analytics Support
- Contribute to the delivery of research insights through tasks like data cleaning, processing free text, preparing datasets for statistical analysis, executing analyses, and updating presentations.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by applying a continuous improvement mindset.
- Identify and resolve data or process issues, conduct quality control checks, and suggest workflow improvements.
Administrative Support
- Manage administrative tasks related to analytics, including adhering to standard operating procedures, managing project workloads independently, and tracking tasks using project management tools.
