Job description

To plan, organise, and execute all data analysis related work for the Group.

The incumbent works with CHG's data management team, executes data strategy, and adheres to best practice standards for data analytics and business intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements: B Hons (IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science)
  • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years' experience
  • Added Advantage: Modelling concepts including GLMs, Machine learning models. Healthcare experience is advantageous.

DELIVERABLES

  • Support the business through strategic data analytics projects to deliver insights to senior management across the Group.
  • Digitise and automate reports, data capture, and workflows through effective business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain effective and value-adding tools on key performance indicators using appropriate BI solutions.
  • Partner and collaborate with different departments (or hospitals) to manage deliverables effectively, enhance BI solutions, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all information governance requirements, including relevant data protection laws.
  • Interpret and analyse varied data to provide accessible, meaningful, and understandable information to stakeholders.
  • Provide organisational data in formats such as dashboards, graphs, charts, and reports.
  • Conduct data quality audits as necessary.
  • Implement, monitor, and control business processes according to quality standards, policies, and governance requirements.
  • Ensure development, alignment, mapping, and implementation of standard operating procedures/processes.
  • Research and suggest improvements and opportunities to harness technology.
  • Review existing processes and propose innovative ideas to improve and streamline workflows, driving efficiencies and reducing redundancy.
