The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making, create new products, and enhance our overall business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets related to customer behavior, sales, product, and website performance. Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Experience working with Google Analytics 4. Experience with Google Tag Manager is beneficial. Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
- User Research Experience: Demonstrated experience conducting user research, including qualitative analysis and user interviews. Experience in user experience research is advantageous.
- Google Cloud Expertise: Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub. Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into insights. Provide data-driven recommendations.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop dashboards using Google Data Studio and/or Looker BI. Ensure dashboards are accessible and user-friendly for stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Maintain data quality processes, identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Develop models to predict trends and customer behaviors, enhancing decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs related to sales, customer acquisition, and website performance. Provide regular updates to leadership.
- Experimentation: Form hypotheses, develop experimentation roadmaps, and conduct experiments to optimize business processes.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct analyses to address specific business questions, identify areas for improvement, and test hypotheses across business domains.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform tools.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality analysis.
