Job summary

Parvana is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to map and optimise complex processes in a hybrid Cape Town role. You will partner with technology teams, apply systems thinking, and drive data-driven improvements across the organisation.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from requirements through UAT and adoption, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring API integrations and ETL flows deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

  • Analyse end-to-end workflows and integration points, such as APIs and ETL, to ensure seamless data movement and integrity across platforms.
  • Build credibility with senior stakeholders by leading workshops, managing expectations, and driving consensus through structured discussions.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle - from initial requirements and discovery through to UAT, release, and adoption - while quickly adapting to new business domains.
