Your Role at impact.com:

We’re looking for a skilled data analyst to establish a strong data analytics competency to meet Impact's growing need for insights and data products to enable data-driven decision-making across the whole business.

As a data analyst, you’ll collect, analyze, and interpret datasets to identify patterns and trends, develop insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Our ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in data analysis, statistics, data product development, and business reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business questions into data problems.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to scope and develop data products that deliver insights and drive business optimisation.
• Conduct analysis of large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports ensuring they provide clear and actionable insights.
• Design and implement predictive models to drive improvements in decision-making and operational efficiency.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong SQL, Python or R coding skills
• Data analysis and data visualization skills
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, AWS or similar cloud technologies will be a bonus
• Experience with DataBricks, PySpark and BigQuery highly advantageous
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries
• Experience with standard statistical modeling and forecasting methodologies
• Hands-on experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS/SSAS, Looker or QlikView.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
