Damp and Mould Project Manager

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Association in East London who are looking for a Project Manager to oversee Damp and Mould projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Social Housing Damp works projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage surveyors conducting technical inspections on damp and mould projects.
  • Provide summary reports on ongoing cases and properties, assessing contractor performance and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Conduct technical inspections of homes, including leased properties, to plan works according to company policies.
  • Maintain commercial awareness within Reactive Repairs and Damp and Mould projects.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance with the company's Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and contractors.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience in Social Housing projects is required.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive work approach.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience with repairs, damp, and mould projects.
  • IT literate.
