1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the dairy farm, including animal care, feeding, and milking
2. Oversee and coordinate breeding and calving programs
3. Monitor herd health and implement health protocols

5. Implement and maintain strict biosecurity and health and safety practices
6. Supervise and manage farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
7. Manage farm budgets, expenses, and financial record-keeping
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
9. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in dairy farming

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Dairy Farm Manager
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field
