Tenth Revolution Group, a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy in South Africa, seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, developers and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, secure architectures, provide technical leadership, governance, and stay current with Microsoft technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Consultant on Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Strong integration and API-based architecture knowledge across MS platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions with governance and security best practices.

Technical Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE)

Our client is a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy delivering enterprise-scale CRM and digital transformation solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Architect to join their team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, defining scalable solution architecture, and providing technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.

The Role

As a Technical Architect, you will take ownership of the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for a range of enterprise clients. Working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and customer stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with best practice.

You will act as the technical authority on projects and help guide both delivery teams and customers through their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions


• Define integration strategies across Microsoft and third-party platforms


• Provide technical leadership to developers and project teams


• Design and review customisations, extensions, and integrations

Required Experience

• Proven experience operating as a Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Consultant


• Strong hands‑on experience with:


• Dynamics 365 CE


• Power Platform


• Dataverse


• Power Apps


• Power Automate


• Strong understanding of integration patterns and API‑based architectures


• Knowledge of solution governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and DevOps practices


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure


• Experience within a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy environment


• Knowledge of Customer Insights, Omnichannel, or Contact Centre solutions


• Experience with Azure Integration Services and event‑driven architectures


• Exposure to AI, Copilot Studio, and modern Microsoft cloud technologies
