Role Overview
A leading global provider of enterprise business solutions is seeking a skilled Intermediate
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer, with experience in developing
custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to work closely with consultants, analysts,
and clients to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.
Participate in full software development life cycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Work closely with functional consultants and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Business Central with other systems using APIs, web services, and Azure services.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain and optimize codebase according to best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
Contribute to system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to promote knowledge sharing and maintain code quality.

Required Skills and Experience
2–4 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
Strong proficiency in AL language and Visual Studio Code.
Good understanding of extension model, event-driven development, and upgrade strategies.
Experience with APIs, OData, and web services for system integration.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git source control etc.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional/Developer Associate (or in progress).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
Exposure to SQL Server, .NET, or JavaScript technologies.
