Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by selling cybersecurity products and services to new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and experience working with vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of cybersecurity sales opportunities.
- Identify customer security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, products, and competitive offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with reseller and channel sales models.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, SOPHOS).
- Experience selling through distributors and channel partners.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO).
