About the Role

Our client, a leading cybersecurity services provider, is seeking a proactive Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team in Mahikeng, North West . This role is essential for monitoring the threat landscape, identifying potential risks, and providing actionable intelligence to protect our client and their customers. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating threat information from various sources to inform security strategies and operational decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of geopolitical factors, threat actor methodologies, and attack techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret threat intelligence from various sources (OSINT, dark web, vendor feeds).
• Identify and track threat actors, campaigns, and their associated tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Develop threat profiles and intelligence reports for different stakeholders.
• Provide timely and actionable intelligence to security operations and incident response teams.
• Correlate threat intelligence with internal security events to improve detection and response.
• Support vulnerability management by prioritizing threats based on intelligence.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of threat intelligence platforms and processes.
• Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical events impacting cybersecurity.
• Participate in threat hunting exercises based on intelligence gathered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, International Relations, or a related field.
