Job summary

TechMod in Randburg, South Africa is seeking an experienced CX Design specialist to support pre-grooming analysis focused on process definitions and customer journeys to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years in CX Design, strong BPMN/UML modelling, and familiarity with Agile SDLC, SAFe, Sparx EA, and Azure DevOps. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; degree in Tech/Info Mgmt preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in Customer Experience Design for process engineering.
• Strong process modelling experience using BPMN/UML.
• Experience in Agile SDLC environment, SAFe Agile; proficiency with Sparx EA and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify personas for CX Design input.
• Definition & documentation of successful customer outcome canvases and narratives.
• Identify dependencies for automation in line with defined narratives; support development life cycle.
• Communicate and clarify required business context and requirements with teams.
• Participate and contribute in solution design sessions.
