Hollywoodbets in Durban is seeking a CX Creative Specialist to join the Purple Team. You will craft customer communications, write compelling copy, and develop visual assets for CRM, loyalty, and marketing campaigns. The role requires a portfolio and experience in a fast-paced, brand-guided environment.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Product, and Technical teams to ensure content meets platform specs and brand standards, while maintaining quality and consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in content creation, graphic design, digital design, copywriting or integrated creative role.
• Experience producing content for customer communications, CRM, loyalty, digital marketing or customer-facing platforms.
• A relevant creative portfolio will be required.

Responsibilities

• Create customer communication content, including campaign scripts, promotional copy, headlines, calls to action, short-form messaging, FAQs and supporting copy.
• Adapt content for the requirements, character limits and customer journey context of each communication channel.
• Apply a clear, consistent and customer-friendly tone of voice across all content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling and consistency before submission or publication.
• Create and adapt artwork for customer campaigns, CRM communications, rewards missions, widgets and other customer-facing digital experiences.
• Produce campaign banners, promotional tiles, icons, thumbnails, in-app assets and supporting visual content in the required formats and dimensions.
• Ensure creative work is visually engaging, accessible and suitable for the intended platform, device and audience.
• Maintain organized source files, final artwork, templates and version histories for reuse and governance.
• Ensure all scripts, copy and artwork align with approved brand guidelines, corporate identity, visual standards and business image.
• Apply approved colors, typography, logos, imagery, promotional treatments and tone of voice consistently.
• Work with relevant Brand and Marketing stakeholders where clarification or approval is required.
• Identify and correct off-brand, outdated or inconsistent content across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Create and update content for rewards missions, widgets, loyalty interfaces and other customer-facing systems managed by the Customer Engagement Team.
• Work with CRM, Product and technical teams to ensure assets meet platform specifications and display correctly.
• Review content in test or staging environments and complete visual and copy quality checks before release.
• Support ongoing refreshes, seasonal updates and optimization of live customer-facing content.
• Interpret approved creative briefs and translate business objectives into practical content and artwork deliverables.
• Clarify scope, audience, channel, required formats, key messages, timelines and approval requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple creative requests and prioritize work according to campaign deadlines and business impact.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while protecting brand consistency and content quality.
• Validate names, dates, offer mechanics, values, links, terms references and calls to action against approved campaign information.
• Ensure required disclaimer, responsible gambling messaging and compliance wording are included where applicable.
• Maintain approval records and ensure only approved final versions are supplied for deployment.
• Escalate conflicting requirements, unclear claims or content risks before publication.
• Use campaign feedback, engagement results and customer behavior insights to improve future creative output.
• Develop reusable templates and content standards to improve speed, consistency and quality.
• Stay informed about digital content, CRM, loyalty, design and customer experience trends.
• Contribute creative concepts that improve customer understanding, engagement and completion of desired actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement, CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance, Legal and technical teams.
• Participate in campaign planning, content reviews, platform testing and launch readiness activities.
• Communicate progress, dependencies, risks and delivery status clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support urgent business communications and time-sensitive customer updates when required.
