Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Head of Creative Services based in Durban, Umhlanga. You will lead a multi-disciplinary creative team to produce compelling content across traditional and digital channels, ensuring every output aligns with the brand strategy and business goals.

Collaborate with Marketing, Insights and Product teams to translate data into engaging campaigns, manage budgets and timelines, and raise content quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma required with relevant creative or marketing discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in creative leadership, with project management experience.
• Agency experience or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary creative team to develop impactful content across channels.
• Partner with insights, product and brand teams to inform strategy and content.
• Plan campaigns, manage budgets, timelines and quality across all platforms.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews and drive talent development.
