Job Description

PSAS is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Value Proposition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with various product houses across the FirstRand Group.

Your responsibilities will include managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels, stakeholder management, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers.

You will interact with business units to understand their marketing and communication needs, support business requirements, and manage campaign processes effectively.

You will work closely with technical specialists and data teams to gain insights into customer engagement and buying behavior to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote teamwork amongst peers and team members.
  2. Collate management information, prepare reports, and provide insights.
  3. Monitor and control all project-related matters from start to finish.
  4. Ensure continuous process improvement for operational efficiency.
  5. Pay attention to detail.
  6. Understand data insights and trend analysis.
  7. Adhere to governance protocols related to marketing and advertising.
Candidate Requirements
  • BCom or related degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Value Management / Customer Relationship Management role.
  • Experience within the financial/banking industry (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
