Job Summary: To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist customer insights expertise.

Job Description:

  • Data & Information gathering and research: Identify internal data sources and establish channels for obtaining data to generate customer intelligence.
  • Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data, including product usage, channel usage, interaction frequency, geography, and customer experience, to provide insights for strategy and planning.
  • Inform Strategies, Plans, Interventions, and Models: Provide insights to inform strategies and models in professional, accurate formats.
  • Workshops and facilitated sessions: Assist senior leadership with workshop preparation and participate in sessions, including presenting and facilitating as guided.
  • Personal growth: Identify growth areas in Customer Insights skills and participate in relevant training opportunities.

Education: Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
