Job description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for our range of stone crushers and conveyor systems. This role involves on-site support, remote troubleshooting, and training customers on equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for stone crushers and conveyor systems, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Perform on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Offer remote troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through problem resolution.
Conduct training sessions for customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend equipment upgrades and spare parts.
Document service visits, issue reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
Technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant experience).
Experience in heavy machinery maintenance and support, preferably in stone crushers, conveyor systems, or related equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
