Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.
As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our customer service software.
Identify and communicate common customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications
