Job description

We are looking for Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels to drive revenue and promote our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Proactively engage with potential leads and follow up on inquiries to convert interest into sales.
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products, tailoring your pitch to customer needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize campaign success and meet sales goals.
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and market trends.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Must have experience working a 24/7 rotational shift. Preferably for international clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing deals in a consultative manner.
