Job description

Customer Success Consultant

The Customer Success Consultant engages with Pnet customers to drive and accelerate their value realization and to ensure that business outcomes are met through the implementation and consumption of their purchased solutions.

The Customer Success Consultant partners with the customer's Account Manager to drive mutual success and achieve overall customer satisfaction. They proactively engage with an assigned portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor.

They develop a deep understanding of customers' recruitment and development strategies and business objectives to promote the use of Pnet solutions.

The goal is to drive high-level customer value realization.

The Customer Success team plays a pivotal role in customer retention, satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. From ensuring smooth onboarding to educating customers on how our solutions benefit their employee value proposition, this team consistently goes beyond expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement account strategies and consumption plans that drive customer outcomes.
  2. Build trusted relationships with customers to support value-based consumption activities.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales teams and other critical functions to ensure mutual success.
  4. Monitor SLA performance and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Engage with STST and relevant subsidiary organizations to leverage expertise as needed.
  6. Utilize data and tools to track and manage targeted adoption and consumption activities.
  7. Act as a point of escalation for customer account issues.
  8. Contribute to a library of success plays and best practices to enhance Pnet's ability to drive customer success.
  9. Engage with customers regularly to assess value realization and advise on optimal utilization of investments.
  10. Stay informed on customers' industry, business strategies, and market conditions.
  11. Coordinate success resources across Pnet to achieve customer outcomes.
  12. Provide customer advocacy and feedback to Pnet stakeholders.
  13. Identify and mitigate risks to recurring revenue.
  14. Share industry trends, best practices, and product roadmaps with customers.
  15. Coach customers to leverage all available resources effectively.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Matric / Higher Certificate
  • At least 3 years of customer management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel (intermediate to expert)
  • Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems is advantageous
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
