About The Role

In this role, you'll champion our value proposition and introduce decision-makers to our tailored customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage E-Commerce brands to set up demo calls for our Account Executives (commissions included!).
2. Send targeted emails to generate interest and secure demos (commissions included!).
3. Respond quickly to inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
4. Maintain a polished and engaging style that builds client interest.
5. Update and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and complete information.

1. Puts the needs of potential clients first and answers all their questions thoroughly.
2. Always seeks improvement and takes action on feedback promptly.
3. Upholds honesty and integrity in all interactions.
4. Takes full responsibility for tasks and goes above and beyond to ensure success.
5. Actively seeks ways to contribute ideas that positively impact the team and clients.

1. Outbound sales and meeting booking experience required (minimum 1 year).
2. Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, HubSpot, and Apollo is a plus.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Motivated self-starter with a high-energy approach.
5. Reliable internet connection (15+ Mbps).
