As a Customer Service Representative at Enza Zaden, you will bring strong administrative skills and a customer-centric mindset.

You will be responsible for managing the full order flow and providing a seamless service experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  1. Ensure smooth order flow: Manage the full order cycle including order entry, batch allocation, invoicing, credits, and communication with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
  2. Handle customer communications: Serve as the first point of contact for customers on topics such as order status, product availability, delivery timelines, pricing, and phytosanitary requirements.
  3. Support regulatory and documentation needs: Coordinate with the NPPO to ensure compliance with phytosanitary standards and issue required certifications.
  4. Deliver insights through data: Collect, process, and analyze customer sales data as input for pricing, sales terms, and commercial planning.
  5. Solve problems proactively: Identify and resolve order-related issues quickly and efficiently, and communicate feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
  6. Drive continuous improvement: Signal opportunities to enhance internal processes and participate in implementation of improvement projects.
  7. Support sales operations: Create and follow up on price catalogues and purchase plans, support demand forecasting, and assist with various administrative sales support tasks.
