Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services team as a Customer Services Clerk. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer queries and complaints, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
  • Added advantage: Customer Services Diploma
  • Added advantage: Experience in a customer service call centre environment (12 years)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • SAP experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders received including stock orders and service orders
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Liaise with customers, prospects, and all Compass personnel
